Correct Part, Easy to Installl

The rear roller on my 10 year old F-80 started making noise. I removed it and confirmed that a bearing was bad It seemed much easier to replace the roller, rather than the bearings in it, so that’s what I decided to do. Sole support helped me find the correct part and it arrived less than a week later. It was easy to install and adjust and I hope it will last as long as the original part. Because I am not a treadmill repair tech, I did watch a few YouTube videos before I did anything. Turns out it’s not a difficult job at all.

Like everything from Sole, this was good quality. I had thought about trying to replace the bearings of my old roller, which lasted many years, but this was a snap. Just a drop a nice drop-in replacement.

Easy to install fixed my problem

The replacement part was easy to find on the website, I ordered it, it arrived within a week. It took me about 20 minutes to replace, and it worked perfectly, the clanking noise went away. I love sole treadmills. They have all the necessary parts to replace them so that the treadmill lasts longer. I’ve had mine for over 15 years.

Still knocking and bumping noises

I bought the rear roller for a bumping and knocking noise in the rear. My F80 is 10 years old. It probably needed replacing but did not fix the issue. Still bumping consistently and knocking randomly. I sent vids to sole but no response yet.

Replacement roller received

Replacement roller received for my 2017 F80 treadmill in two days. Installation was a breeze. I can actually hear the tv now when working out. Still awaiting a response from customer service regarding warranty possibllity.

Q: I’m trying to find two rollers to mount to the back of my truck cap to accommodate two kayaks or canoes. Total width would be 5 1/2’ to 6’. I assume I would use 2 rollers end-to-end. I assume the roller would have bearings or some smooth operation and be about 2 1/2” - 3” OD
