Premium Fluid Dynamics: Sole® Fitness F85 Treadmill Genuine OEM 2-Ply Running Track (2010 - 2011 Classic Series)
Is your running track slipping or jumping mid-stride when you try to accelerate? Is your current track curling at the margins, exposing frayed strings, or dragging down your drive system with excessive, heat-inducing resistance?
At the very center of your cardio machine's performance and mechanical health is the Genuine OEM Sole® F85 Walking Belt (Part No. H0713210H-R1 / Diagram Part #024). This factory-original replacement belt is explicitly engineered to match the exact specifications, traction coefficients, and dimensions required by the legendary 2010 to 2011 classic production run of the Sole F85 (Serial Number prefixes starting with #585810 and #585811).
Stitched to impeccable factory standards, this 2-ply high-grade running tracking line features the official, authentic debossed Sole logo directly across its surface. Its low-friction synthetic under-weave glides smoothly across your phenolic deck board, reducing high-amperage stress on your lower controller and keeping your motor running cool.
High-Fidelity Engineering Specifications
Please check your treadmill's serial number badge before ordering to ensure correct fitment for this wide-platform tracking system.
Authentic Factory Branding: Arrives directly from the production line featuring the official Sole logo embedded directly into the tread matrix for guaranteed authenticity.
Commercial 2-Ply Diamond Grip Crust: Outfitted with a premium, wear-resistant PVC diamond-pattern traction profile that guarantees maximum non-slip safety at peak speeds.
Anti-Static Whisper-Weave Backing: Fabricated with a high-durability woven polyblend matrix designed to minimize heat generation and dissipate static electricity.
Precision Smooth-Finger Vulcanized Seam: Joined via a commercial low-profile angle splice that passes completely flat over the drive rollers without clicking, skipping, or chattering.
Signs Your Classic F85 Walking Belt Has Reached Failure
The "Dry-Grip" Motor Tug: The treadmill runs fine without anyone on it, but the exact millisecond you step on, the belt hitches or chokes. This indicates the backing fabric has completely worn through to bare rubber, dragging heavily on the drive components.
Edge Fraying and Delamination: The belt’s underlying backing begins separating from the top rubber surface, shedding white fabric cords into your rear roller housings and endcaps.
Glassy, Balding Footpath Zones: The textured traction nodes in the primary foot strike zone have worn completely smooth, sleek, and shiny after years of dedicated mileage.
The 30-Minute Pro DIY Belt Replacement Sequence
Replacing your walking belt is a highly rewarding 30-minute mechanical overhaul using standard hand tools: a Phillips screwdriver, an Allen wrench set, and a socket set:
1.Disconnect Power and Remove Shrouds:Complete Hardware Isolation.Turn off the master rocker power switch at the base of the machine and UNPLUG THE POWER CORD from your home wall outlet. Use your Phillips screwdriver to unbolt and remove the front plastic motor hood cover.
2.Relieve Roller Tension and Unbolt Foot Rails:Clear the Tracking Pathway.Go to the rear of the machine and turn the left and right rear roller tracking adjusters counter-clockwise by 10 to 12 full rotations to completely slacken the belt. Unbolt and remove the textured plastic left and right side foot guide rails running parallel along the deck.
3.Unseat Front Roller and Free the Old Track:Isolate the Carriage Bracket.Unbolt the front roller mounting bolt inside the motor bay. Slide the micro-V drive belt off the motor pulley and lift the front roller out from the loop of the old belt. Back out the perimeter deck board screws to give the board lifting clearance, then slide the old track straight off the back of the frame.
4.Slide the New OEM Belt Over the Deck:Anchor the New Command Core.Wipe down the wooden deck board completely with a dry cloth to clear away old dust, dried wax, or rubber debris. Loop your Brand-New OEM Sole F85 Walking Belt directly over the deck board, keeping the Sole logo facing upward and the tracking direction aligned with your motor.
5.Reassemble Rollers and Re-Establish System Tracking:Execute Fast Structural Seating.Slide the front roller back into the new belt loop, align its axle, and snap the drive belt back onto the motor pulley. Reinstall the deck screws and side foot rails. Tighten the rear roller bolts clockwise to bring the track close to its original tension baseline, then follow the critical lubrication directive below.
CRITICAL WARRANTY DIRECTIVE: THE FIRST-LUBE ACCELERATION STEP
Don't skip the most important step!
To keep your new belt running like a dream and protect your warranty, apply 1 oz of genuine Sole OEM Belt Lubricant directly between the deck board and the inner backing of the belt before your very first use. It’s the easiest way to prevent wear and tear, lower equipment noise, and extend the life of your machine from day one.
Application: Simply lift the edge of the new belt, squirt half the bottle along the center of the wood deck on the left side, repeat on the right side, and run the treadmill at 2 MPH for 3 minutes to spread the fluid completely flat.
Eliminate belt slippage, shield your drive electronics, and restore showroom performance.
