A: Hello,
This holder will only fit on Ellipticals 2016 or newer.

Q: How do you adjust the height of the tablet holder for different size tablets or phones? It looks like the top clip should be able to lift up but I cannot get mine to move and don't want to force it.

A: You pull that top lip up. You might have to gently force it. It obviously can only go so far, but it fits about any tablet.

Q: Hi, I just received my SB 900 yesterday (last model). The top part of the tablet won't go up, so there isn't enough space to slide a tablet in. Why is that and how do I fix it? Do I need to open it on th eback and release something?

A: No it will not. The 2016 model doesn't have a Pad Holder.
