Q: I purchased this replacement for my Sole I purchased this charger for my Sole R92 and the plug into the bicycle will not go into the hole. What is the solution?

A: Initiate a return. Verify that you bike falls in the year range of 2013 - 2022. Confirm your power inlet is not damaged.

Q: Is this the power cord for an older E35 Sole elliptical? I remember the one I had did have the black rectangular box w/the green LED light on it.

A: No it is not. E35 power cords are serial number specific.

Q: I bought a used R92 (2016). The power cord/supply that I received with the bike is labeled: Input: 100-240v ~ 50/60Hz 1.5A Max Output: 20V - 3.0A. Is this the correct power cord? Thanks

A: If it is indeed a 2016, no it does not take a 20v adapter

Q: I have a Sole R92, Date Code: 2015, 3Q I purchased the Sole R92 Power Cord (2013 - Current) and had to return it as the barrel connector was not the proper diameter. I cannot find the correct one anywhere. The cord (which has failed) that is on there now is: AHEAD Model: ADDT - 1201500 I/P: AC 120V 60Hz 27W O/P: DC 12V 1500mA Where can I get the proper cord? thanks, Scott
