It is highly recommended to replace your deck cushions along with your deck. This is 100% recommended if the deck you are replacing cracked. Sole Treadmill decks typically only crucks due to worn deck cushions / shock absorbers.

What an experience - and not positive. Throughout the process I had several concerns: damaged product received - damaged either in warehouse or through shipping but arrived in that condition. Damage resulted in the delamination of the MDF in the corner by a screw hole replacement product shipped unsuccessfully - requested info on situation and received no follow up communication in general has lacked details and clarity: no quick replies (usually after 24+ hours, doesn't have to be immediate but active situations should receive additional attention), assumptions on the status of the damage, no tracking numbers or information about when the requested product was shipped (i had to reach out to find out any information about the unsuccessful replacement as well as the original shipment) - basically no information at all unless I actively pursued it - all due to the company not providing information requesting return of the damaged part originally received because it is 'usable' to receive a refund - this really concerns me because this infers that the damaged board will be sold to another person or company, which would be fraudulent since it is damaged, documented, and has been reported as such. While the damage incurred could be repaired it doesn't mean that it would be at the level needed to replace the old deck. And it shouldn't cost the customer full price to repair damaged goods. This process took almost 3 weeks when it could have been resolved in 6-10 days from order to completion. This timeline, along with having to do all of the legwork just to get a tracking number or find out the status of an order is far less than a great customer experience.
