Q: I received shipment of this console last week. However, after installation this console does not turn on. I checked voltage on the treadmill itself. I'm receiving 120 volts at through the main switch and at the board in the base of the treadmill. I'm receiving 12 volts through the harness where it plugs into the console harness. Do I need to reset something or did I get another bad console? I've got $400 in parts wrapped in my treadmill and I'd like to get it back up and running. Thank you!

Q: Does this console include all the boards and wires and such that make the console work?

A: There is no "cable" that runs from the running belt to the console. There are 3 connected cables that run from the controller to the console. You will need to know exactly which one of the 3 you are looking to replace.
