Perfect Replacement Parts

These rails were perfect for my Sole E25 elliptical (~2013 don't remember the exact age). The elliptical was making a clicking noice that was driving me crazy. I inspected the rails and noticed they had tiny cracks in them. Replacing the rails eliminated the clicking noise.

I ordered two of these to (finally) replace the one patched and the second recently cracked/failed rail covers on my 2013 E25 SOLE elliptical. Fair to say the device got less use than some from that period! Anyway, I ordered the two rails and the four required attachment screws to replace the original four screws. I received the order surprisingly fast and was able to install the two new rails in a matter of minutes. It DID help to bend up and use portions of the original rails to loosen up and remove two of the existing screws for which the slots had rusted away. The new rails are VERY quiet in operation and seem to me to be of a better build quality than the originals. I very much hope that they will "stand up" better than the original "cost reduced" (?) rails! So far ... so good!

We were pleased to find a source to replace the cracked then broken rails on our Sole elliptical. The broken pieces removed easily and the replacements went on. Though I ordered 4 new screws they were not quite as long as the originals so we reused the old ones. One may have been stripped a bit. Now we’re back to using our elliptical.

Q: The right side of my pre-2009 Sole E25 rail has a crack, producing a thumping with each rotation...not good for my somewhat ailing right leg. Can I somehow use the 2009-Current rail cover on my machine? Otherwise my E25 works well. If this isn't a good solution, can you suggest what to do?
