Ergonomic Biomechanical Stability: Sole® Fitness Genuine OEM Right Foot Pedal Pad Assembly (No Foam Cushion Design)

Is your elliptical's right-side trainer pad cracked along its stress nodes, or has the hard plastic grid surface worn completely smooth, causing your athletic shoes to slip during high-resistance training?

The intense popularity of Sole® Fitness Ellipticals comes from their unmatched fluid stride geometry, which features a specialized 2-degree inward tilt on the pedals to alleviate stress on your ankles, knees, and hips. Managing your raw kinetic energy during heavy cardio training is the job of the Genuine OEM Right Foot Pedal Pad Assembly (Part No. PP130016B-A1 / P130016B-A1).

This is the official factory-direct, heavy-duty molded replacement right foot pedal shell designed specifically for models configured without an adhesive top foam cushion pad. Built from reinforced, high-impact composite resins, this original factory part restores precise alignment to your right foot, stops shoe slipping with its embedded textured diamond traction grid, and completely eliminates unsafe flexing under heavy body-weight loads.

High-Impact Mechanical Specifications

Attempting to mount cheap, non-spec generic pedals or gluing warped plastics will alter your training alignment, cause premature wheel-track wear, and create sharp snapping risks under high downward pedal loads.

• Reinforced High-Impact Composite Resin: Chemically engineered to withstand massive downward torque and continuous lateral foot pressure up to high commercial weight tolerances.

• Integrated 2-Degree Inward Bio-Ergonomic Angle: Cast directly to original Sole factory blueprints to naturally align your feet, preventing common joint fatigue and hip strain.

• Heavy-Duty High-Traction Diamond Grid Pattern: Features an aggressive molding surface pattern designed to lock onto running shoe treads—eliminating the need for fragile foam overlays.

• Pre-Drilled Underside Alignment Channel Nodes: Molded to mate seamlessly with original Sole steel pedal support bars and standard factory hardware configurations.

Cross-Platform Compatibility Matrix

This authentic replacement right pedal pad fits an array of Sole Fitness cross-trainers spanning specific production series, including:

• Sole E-Series Platforms: E20, E25, E35, E55, and E98 variants (specifically matching layout diagrams for 2012, 2013, 2014, and subsequent production cycles using non-cushioned platforms).

• Fuel & Alternative Group Machinery: Select Fuel E3, Fuel E5, and Sole CC81 Hybrid Cross-Climber lines.

Signs Your Right Foot Pedal Shell Requires Immediate Replacement

1. Visible Hairline Under-Stress Fractures: Fine spiderweb cracking branching out from the lower mounting bolt sockets. Left unaddressed, these fractures will suddenly fail during an intense workout or sprint interval.

2. Structural "Heel-Sink" Flexing: When pressing down with your heel during an incline stride, you feel the back edge of the plastic bowing downward, signaling that the inner structural ribbing has suffered internal fatigue.

3. Worn Traction Points: The center-sole diamond tread zone has sanded completely smooth from years of friction, allowing sweat moisture to make the right footpad dangerously slick.

The 10-Minute Pro DIY Pedal Replacement Sequence

Swapping out your right foot pedal pad is a fast, straightforward 10-minute maintenance task using standard tools: a Phillips-head screwdriver and a 10mm wrench or socket:

Pro Tip: Keep your new non-cushion pedal shell clean by wiping it down with a simple damp cloth rather than spraying harsh oil-based gym cleaners or degreasers onto the traction field. Chemical cleaners leave an invisible slick film layer inside the diamond groove paths, which will compromise your shoe traction.

Stop pedal shifting, protect your joints, and restore your training safety.
