The part arrived quickly and solved the issue. We had a little concern about the wiring, especially since the wires were glues to the old circuit board, but we talked to a rep at Sole and everything worked out fine.

E7 error of death
The updated controller fixed my treadmill. Everything plugged in as it should. Some things to note. Their online chat is non existent and they didn’t respond to my emails until after purchase. The best way is to call them and the service was good. They told me how to install so that I could return it if it didn’t fix the issue. The shipping was super fast, delivered in 4 days Overall I’m happy with the item and the phone service I received.

Q:
Just purchased version 2 control board for the 2020 sole f80. The incline control on the board has a plastic cover, where the old just had a three pin array. How is this supposed to work. Also, getting an e3 error on incline control.

Hello, can you please submit a picture of what your describing? I am assuming you meant to say "the incline sensor portal"? Yes you will have an incline error if the incline sensor is not connected. Please also provide your order number, I cant find an order under your name. Thanks

Yes these 2 controllers connections are 100% identical. If for some reason something you run into any issue during installation just call us and we will walk you through.
