Sole F65 Motor Control Board (2016 - 2020) Version 2. 110v

Question

Q: My Sole F65 sn. 5658182008003608 date code 2020.3Q 110v After start button has persistent E7 error , checked and replaced speed sensor although tested ok, checked drive belt for slippage, and track belt tension, lubed. On start up tread runs for only 3 seconds (longer if I help the tread keep moving.)Line voltage good 120v . I assume mcb is bad. It currently has board AE0016C 180623_V10.HEX . I wish to replace with upgraded mcb. Is there more than one level of upgrade mcb that is the proper match for my machine and its connectors?

My gut feeling says drive motor. Controllers are usually black and white. They work 100% or 0%. Drive motors on the other end have a lot of gray area. Since you are saying there is some 3 seconds belt movement and you've already replaced the speed sensor. Try the controller first since there is no restocking fees when returning those. Please just make sure you don't screw it down to run the test (it makes the controller look "used" when we restock it). Below is the highest upgrade available for that model
