Sole F63 Motor Control Board (2016 - 2020) Version 2. 110v

This controller is a preferred and upgraded replacement of the Old
CRD020109 (Version 1). This is controller is much more efficient with twice the drive motor capacitor design.
Consider this controller if any of the below conditions apply to your situation.
1 - Your controller burnt within the first 3 years
2 - You walk for more than 45 min at a time
3 - You use your treadmill at least 5 days a week for more than 30 min a session.
4 - You Are Over 190lbs

Part was as described worked very well and as it should good product would buy again with that being said I think the price is a little high

Working fine now!
I was hoping the board was the issue and then after reading the different reasons you may want to upgrade, I went with the v2 board. Installed in less than 10 minutes and it's been working fine since.

Good part, easy swap
Took under 10 minutes to swap with previous motor controller. Used about 5 times in the week we've had it and so far, so good. Very pleased that we were able to salvage our treadmill.

Treadmill is working again
Part was an exact fit. I wanted a YouTube video on swapping this control board which helped. Swap was easy after finally getting out one of the screws holding the original board which was cranked down pretty hard. New board worked right away. TIP to anyone doing this themselves. When doing the calibration after installation do not stand on the belt or it will fail. Great experience except for the price but cheaper than a new treadmill!

Disappointed customer
Don’t be fooled by this scam of a company. They are NOT genuine Sole parts. They made their website and logo appear to be genuine sole fitness. They even went to the length to get an email that is similar to the actual sole fitness company. I was under the impression that they were a sole fitness dealer and when this junk part did not fix my machine, I contacted Sole fitness directly as I thought I bought through them. To my surprise, they noted that I had not purchased this item from Sole Fitness. Plus, this company would not return the part. Please don’t fall for the same scam that I did. To all the people who are looking to buy directly from Sole Fitness here is Sole Fitness customer service number 1-866-780-7653.

f63 treadmill
the control board works well. this ultimately leads to my main disappointment with SOLE. when you purchase they are quick to respond and assist. when you have an issue like I believe the board is good but my motor is going bad, I have called three times and have not had a response to the messages left. I appreciate the purchase responses but when I need the warranted responses to help truly utilize what I purchased SOLE comes up short.

This version 2 of the original part was a straight forward replacement. Installation was easy since all the connections matched the original. The treadmill is running just fine after 25 miles. Website provided prompt and excellent service.

I assume you have an F63? And by control I assume you mean the console? If the screens backlight is on with nothing else, you will need a new screen.

By your serial number located next to your power switch. I cannot promise its easy, but I always believe that if you are questioning anything electronics, hire a qualified technician.

Yes it should. But just to be 100% sure, your serial number is on a bar code next to your power switch. For 2016 models the fist 6 digits should be 563816

I bought this product for my F63 because I was getting an E4 code. My serial number is: 5638181907013732. After installing the new motor board, I'm still getting an E4 code. I can confirm that the previous motor board was not lighting up. Any suggestions? Thanks, Sam

Is it an E4 with or without belt movement? If there is belt movement, is it 1 sec, 7sec or more than 7 sec? Did you run calibration after installing the new controller? I also recommend sending an email with your order number so that a tech can call you and trouble shoot over the phone.

Q:
Have a f63 treadmill and getting E6 error code upon trying to start. It will start to turn the walking belt for 3 to 4 seconds, then stop and show E6 error. Jumped the walking belt motor and the incline motor and both work. The treadmill is used daily 2 to 3 hours. Will this version 2 control board fix it. Serial number is 5638181909020162. Purchased 13/13/2019. Date code 2019 3Q. Thank you.

Hello yes the controller has gone bad, and this controller will fix it. But if you use it for 2 to 3 hours everyday for 5 years, I'd also suggest swapping out your walking belt as well.

A:
E2 is a motor error. Meaning a motor was commanded to move but it didn't do so. This doesn't necessarily mean the issue is with the motor. 8 out of 10 times the issue is with the controller as it is responsible for moving the motor.

Our sole F63 (serial# 5638181901004571) Quit (errored out) apon inspection i found the solder connections on the big Cap was melted and cap was loose. I re-soldered and secured the cap. The machine does work now but will trip the house breaker randomly. Whould double caps fix this issue on my board? I kind of dought I will get anyone to answer my first question. Will this board work as a replacment?

I am a little hurt, I answer everything :). I am going to guess that in the process of soldering the drive capacitor, you affected another line on the circuit board. In other words, there is a short on your controller now. Yes this double capacitor controller was introduced to provide extra drive capacity and prevent overloading. If you are getting the E5 in the middle of your workout, you do NOT need a controller. If you are getting an E5 with no belt movement at all, then yes you need a controller and this is the right controller. If your issue falls outside the scenarios I've touched above, please send me at email to
